This easy salmon takes about 2 hours from start to finish, resulting in a flavorful delicious dinner!

Salmon is one of my go-to fish choices when I’m cooking seafood, because it’s readily available, versatile, and on the table in 12-15 minute.

It’s also nutritious, and we love the leftovers. But it’s all about the seasoning (and marinades).

Should I season my salmon overnight?

This recipe calls for marinating the salmon for 2 hours. Some marinades are very strong, so overnight might be too much. It is not recommended to marinate this recipe longer than 24 hours.
