The salesperson assured me the set I picked out was great leather and top of the line. I spent almost $3,000 on a sectional set and also purchased the extended warranty from them. After a few years, a piece of the "leather" started to peel off. So I immediately called the store and they told me that it would not be covered under the warranty since it started on a seam. At that point, I let it go because it wasn't that bad. After a few more months, more areas started peeling. I once again contacted the store and they said nothing could be done. I was not satisfied with this answer, so I spoke to the head of customer service. She gave me the manufacturer's name but told me that nothing will probably be done. By this time, the couch was peeling all over the place and leaving pieces of this so-called leather all over the place. Regardless of what the customer service person told me, I called the manufacturer. I told them what was going on and got transferred to the warranty department. Once I started to explain the issue, the lady quickly hung up on me. I tried to call back many times, but they just let it ring. They must've seen my number on called ID. So at this point I called the customer service rep at L. Fish once again and told her the outcome of my attempt to contact the manufacturer. She informed me she would speak to her manager to see what, if anything, could be done. I told her I understood some time had passed since I originally purchased the set but that I now had a piece of $3,000 junk sitting on my family room. I told her I would at least expect a substantial discount on the purchase of a new family room set, but after talking to her manager, she called me back and told me that wasn't going to happen. I feel like I was lied to by the original salesperson when I was told the sectional was top-grade leather and a great manufacturer and also lied to that the warranty would cover anything on the sectional. Additionally, when the "leather" started peeling, L. Fish did nothing to compensate me for a $3,000 couch that has to be thrown away after using it only four years!! I was even willing to come and buy another set there at a discount, but they made no concession for the faulty product, and that is why I will never step foot in that store again and I advise you against shopping there too!!!

This store is a FIND! They have a huge warehouse of furniture at all different price levels and qualities. It's an unassuming place but the salespeople are very nice and helpful, knowledgeable too. You can either take the furniture with you or they will help setup delivery. I had problems with one of the pieces of furniture (mirror scratched out of the box twice) which they were very nice about getting resolved.

Great price for the table. It has a lazy-susan built in the middle of the table and it's well made. They also had a lot of other great furniture for sale.

I went to L Fish because they were in my neighborhood. My bed broke a few months ago and I needed to see if I could get replacement brackets for the frame. The staff was SO immensely helpful. They went above and beyond, even broke down a display bed so I could see if what they were recommending would work on my bed. (I did not purchase my current bed from them and they still went the extra mile for me.) The price for the parts I needed were extremely reasonable. I was able to purchase what I needed. I will shop there again.The customer service in that store is above and beyond! Friendly, helpful, genuinely interested in helping. Cathy, Chuck, and staff were so very helpful and I am very grateful for them. They will have my future furniture business for sure!!

To start off I wanted 4 chairs and 2 benches for my table, the sales rep said he would be ble to give me 4 chairs , 2 benches and a table for the negtotiated price. However he wrote in the shipping order only 2 chairs and charged me the same amount of money. Tina told me she would talk to the sales manager and if George the salesman did indeed say that she would send them to me no charge. THis is after waiting 2 hours of getting skipped from other customers to pick my table up. There were girls they were flirting with and skipped me . I had to wait for exactly 2 hrs for them to loadme. Tina called back and when I said i want what I was promised , i heard her talk to someone in the background and then she hung up on me. I offered to pay a discount for the tables and she said she would rather me write a review than take care of their customer. . I will never go back after being treated the way I was. I even offered to buy the tables at a discount to make things fair and they would not even do that. I wrote on the shipping order they still owe me 2 tables, and am reporting thm to the BBB.

We explained to the salesman, Alex, that we were purchasing new furniture because our dog has an allergy to cotton, so we were looking to eliminate as much cotton from our home as possible. We wanted to buy a leather couch, but recognized that we could not have a bonded leather couch because it was a blended fabric. He agreed and was very knowledgeable, stating the bonded leather would indeed contain cotton and would be against our purpose. He showed us a couple styles of couches that were genuine leather, but never pushed us into purchasing one or another. He was very helpful and educational about the quality and where the couches were manufactured. There were other bits of furniture that caught our eyes while we were walking through and he was more than happy to let us look and joked with us that we had an eye for furniture that was built in the US. Alex was very nice and this store was very efficeint which was evident in their ability to keep costs low. We were incredibly impressed with the price we paid for the couch and will be back to purchase more furniture in the future. Bravo!

We got a great deal on the dining room table and chairs with their Memorial Day sale. The salesman, Alex, was helpful and attentive, but not pushy at all. The table and chairs were in stock, so we were able to get it the day we purchased. The bench needed to be ordered, so that will take up to 5 weeks. Great experience overall.

I really think that this store is just great. Their furniture is of high quality, and they have very unique pieces. If you want to make a statement this is the place to go. Some of the best furniture I have ever seen is here at L. Fish. My dream home would be filled with their furniture. The only downside is they are pricey. I got lucky with my purchase because it was in the clearance room. But if you look at the regular stuff, it is really too expensive. I think it would be worth the money if I had the money though because it is beautiful and of high quality. I have seen where they do run sales from time to time, so that would be the time to buy from there. Their delivery was pretty good too, but they weren't willing to carry the couch and loveseat down to the basem*nt. But no big deal.

visited show room 5-6 times researching what we were looking for, got a different salesperson each time. all were curtious no pressure and did not bother us. all had the,'product sells it self ' attitude. very good experience, very fair price...also no pressure to pick up items immediatly , we waited 2 weeks.

We were followed around constantly being promised that they would leave us alone and let us look around. The opposite happened, every room we walked into the guy followed us and kept hounding us. We just wanted to talk to each other about how we felt about the mattress.

Our salesperson Jennifer was great. She assisted us with financing, and once approved, she let us shop around without being intrusive or overbearing. When we had questions, she really knew her stuff! We had our own truck, so delivery wasn't an issue, and plan on returning whenever we need more furniture or a new mattress.

The furniture is great, but the service is awful. Our salesman was OK, but the customer service dept. Needs a heck of a lot of work. Their delivery company (separate from them) is a huge problem. They delivered our furniture on a Sat. and because it was their last stop they decided to forego taking the door off the hinges and they dented our steel door and broke a piece. Very nice delivery guy said they would have someone contact us to fix the door. After 8 WEEKS of phone calls to both L Fish and the delivery company (Piper) someone finally came today and said he would replace the door by the end of next week. That remains to be seen. Also, noone told us that we would have to pick up the lamps, which we could have just taken with us the day we purchased them. So I had to make an extra trip to the store and when I got there it took a 1/2 hour for them to finally come to me and ask where the lamps were on the "floor" because they couldn't find them. I showed the guy and left.

I went to this store twice to find furniture and the second time I purchased a leather sofa and love seat. Nova was my sales associate and she was very helpful. I also purchased an additional 5 year warranty. The best part was that they delivered the furniture within a week! The delivery crew also did a great job!

DARREL WAS THE SALES MAN AND IS VERY HELPFUL. HE WANTS YOU TO BE HAPPY IN ALL WAYS. THEIR WAS SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE FURNITURE WHEN IT GOT TO THE HOME, BUT THEY WERE QUICK TO FIX ANY PROBLEM WE HAD. THE ARE GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Salesperson was nice and very helpful, but dealing with customer service concerning back-ordered items was a disaster, and that's putting it lightly. It seems to me that their calling you back with an answer is actually you calling them three times to beg for an answer. Things did get better when the store manager got involved, and he is the only reason there is even a chance of me still being an L Fish customer. The best part of this order was the delivery; Those guys did a excellent job! Of course, they were not L Fish Employees. The furniture I purchased is excellent; it is normal for L Fish to sell an excellent product.

WE HAVE PURCHASED FURNITURE AT L. FISH NUMEROUS TIMES IN THE PAST AND WE HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED ANY PROBLEMS. FOR THE MOST PART, WE HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD A PROBLEM THIS TIME WITH THE LEATHER COUCH SET AND WAITED OVER 5 1/2MONTHS FOR THE SET. INITIALLY, WE WERE EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED BUT THE ASSISTANT MANAGER WE WORKED WITH MADE IT A BETTER EXPERIENCE. SHE PROVIDED US WITH A LOANER COUCH SET TO USE UNTIL OURS ARRIVED. BECAUSE OF THE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WE HAVE RECEIVED, WE DO PLAN TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THE SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL BUT SLIGHTLY PUSHY. THE DELIVERY WAS EXCELLENT!

THE PRICES AT L FISH ARE GREAT IF YOU LIKE TRADITIONAL FURNITURE. OUR SALESMAN WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. HE WAS ABLE TO ANSWER ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS IN A TIMELY MANNER. OVERALL, WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH OUR FURNITURE BUYING EXPERIENCE WITH L FISH.

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
